We appreciate your business and your satisfaction is our greatest concern. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. A return authorization number (RA#) must be given prior to any order being returned. Please note that we do not pay for shipping a return to our address, nor reimburse for shipping costs.
Our shipping department will refuse any product returned without an RA#. When obtaining an RA#, we need the following information:
- Original sales number (if possible)
- Your name and telephone number, along with area code, and email address
- Item being returned or exchanged and your reason for the return or exchange.
Please package the product in its original packaging. Please write your RA# on the box. Send your purchase back to the authorized address by a shipping method that is traceable. We suggest FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail. Once the package has been received, we will happily send you a replacement OR refund the original purchase price excluding any shipping charges.
